“Good morning. How can I help you today?”
Voice-first intake
Healthcare AI
A voice-first assistant that meets patients at the door, the kiosk or on their phone, and hands clinicians a structured picture.
MENNIE stands for Medical Empowerment and Neural Navigation Intelligence Engine.
What she does
Multilingual, conversational, no form to fill in.
Routes the patient to the right specialty and tells them where to go.
Follow-ups that arrive when they are useful.
A structured picture waiting before the consultation starts.
Three surfaces
Meets the patient at the door and starts the intake.
The same conversation continues before and after the visit.
A structured card in the clinician's hands, not a transcript.

How it is built
Intake runs on the kiosk in the lobby, where the queue actually forms.
Federated learning and edge inference, designed around the DPDP Act 2023 — patient data does not have to leave the building to be useful.
The physical assistive robot is research and development only, tested in digital-twin simulation. It is not a product.
MENNIE supports care workflows under clinical oversight. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical professionals.
